- Fixed: ALIF3000 unable to connect dual-head RDP channels
Changes since v5.4
Changes since 4.02 f/w:
This update is for AIM-24 and ASP-001
Changes since v5.3
Recent updates to many of the popular web browsers such as Chrome and Firefox are now actively blocking older SSL/TLS certificate versions, used on AIM Managers running v3.x and 4.x. If you have enabled SSL access you may not be able to access the AIM's web interface unless you use an older web browser and disable 'Use SSL' in the Dashboard -> Settings -> Network settings menu.
For customers running v4.x firmware, it is recommended that you upgrade to v5.3 which is supported. Customers running v3.x or v4.0 and who are unable to upgrade will either have to use an older web browser or disable SSL access.

Changes since v4.15
Having reviewed the software that Adder Technology Ltd develops for use in its range of high-performance KVM extenders and switches, we are able to state that none of our proprietary software includes the Log4j library and therefore none of Adder’s products are affected by the Apache Log4j 2 Vulnerability Notice - CVE-2021-44228.
Adder makes no warrant as to the impact of this potential vulnerability on third-party equipment or software packages and recommends that advice be sought directly from the manufactures of these.
Fixes since f/w: 1.06
Changes since version v2.05
The new feature allows you to copy a clipboard from one directly connected host to another. The Clipboard size is currently limited to 200Kb. KVM Switches in between the CCS-PRO and host are not supported.
This is update is for AIM-XX and ASP-001
Changes since v4.12/v4.13
- DeviceDaemon logging modified to prevent excessive log files sizes.
- System packages updated for Upgrade system for future releases.
- USERNAME via LDAP service is now case insensitive.
The Free-Flow feature on CCS-PRO requires that the host operating system can support an absolute mouse. This is where the mouse tells the host computer where the pointer is on the screen.
Up until the release of a Windows 10 build in Early 2019, it was necessary for you to install our multi-monitor driver to work with more than one monitor. After Early 2019 Windows 10 treated all the screens as one large workspace instead, so depending on your screen layout, the multi-monitor driver was not required. However, after the Windows update on June 8th 2021 "Patch Day", this change has now been reverted, meaning that the mouse pointer will be confined to the first screen unless you install the multi-monitor driver. You will also need to download and use the Free-Flow Configurator to arrange the screen layout.

The IPEPS+ has a feature called File Transfer that is not compatible with all intermediary KVM products and can prevent USB from working.
Out of the box, although File Transfer is shown as being disabled in the user interface, it is still enabled internally. This will be fixed on the next firmware release.
This release is for all variants for the ALIF100T, the DVI, DP and VGA versions.
Changes since v4.7 (DVI and DP) and v4.8 (VGA)

Fixes since f/w: 1.05
Changes since 3.01 f/w:
The ALIF3000 can only be upgraded via the AIM Manager. We are aware of any issue with AIM v4.11 and below where an upgrade will unexpectedly fail. Make sure that you have not set the AIM to Use SSL for its web interface, this is where you use https rather than http to access the AIM. The setting is found under Dashboard -> Settings -> Network -> Use SSL. If you have, temporary turn off the feature, upgrade the ALIF3000(s) and then turn it back on again afterwards.

This firmware release adds the ability to disable the USB audio on the DDX-CAM modules.
The latest v2 firmware for the IPEPS-PLUS adds Virtual Media support. The new function is not compatible with the DDX and as a result, also causes the mouse to stop working if you use Absolute mode. Disabling File Transfer on the IPEPS-PLUS will allow Absolute mouse mode to work again.
V4.9 is a maintenance release which has addressed issues with the OSD (On screen display) and USB support of newer devices.
One new feature is the ability to stack the dual-screen view via VNC on the ALIF2112T

- When re-assigning ports and using the Preset function to store the connection state, it was possible on power on that the configuration appeared to have been lost or the DDX-USR's and DDX-CAM to not be connected in the way that you had expected. This required the DDX to be factory reset to resolve the problem.
This update contains the following:-
- Added the ability for the CCS-XB LED's to work in non-Free-Flow mode.
- Fixed an issue where the LED brightness level was not maintained if you reconnected the CCS-XB module whilst the CCS-PRO was powered.

Added Custom Mode timings
Analogue video has many different resolutions and timings to have an exhaustive list of supported EDID. Also many modes can be close to other modes making it difficult to auto detect correctly.
A web page has been added to the ALIF100T-VGA where you can adjust the video timings to ensure the system accurately displays the video content.
