Issues Resolved

• Keyboard issues in the BIOS with XD642
• Upgrade hangs at 99%
• Hot keys are passed through to the host O/S
• XD642 DP link oversubscribed when using Dual 4K, 3840x2160@46 on second head
• 4K DCI monitor resets Rx when switched to DP1.1 mode - video does not return
• Upgrade could fail if video streams changed

• Ubuntu Nouveau display driver unreliable with MST - Nvidia proprietary drivers should be used on Ubuntu/Linux with XD612 and XD614
• RX intermittently fails to display one head after reset (~1/10) - Workaround – reboot RX
• Unable to support 4k60p and 1080p behind MST hub - MST hub issue (Delock DP1.4 Splitter)
• Video and USB not restoring after Win11 reboot < 1 in 200 - Workaround – reboot RX
• Video flickering at 59Hz with MST - Workaround – force 60Hz refresh rate on host
• Infrequent USB dropouts with Win11 ~1 in 100 - Workaround – reboot TX
• Not working properly with 4x 4K monitors - Issue with MST and OS/Hub Use one of our recommended MST Hubs
