The AVX5016IP is also known as the CATX5000 or CATXIP 5000. It has also been built into a rack drawer, featuring a 17-inch or 19-inch monitor, keyboard and touchpad mouse.

ADDERView CATxIP 5000 product is a high density, fully-featured KVM over IP switch enabling up to 5 simultaneous local, remote and global users to access and control computers at BIOS level. A combination of USB console support, global IP access and a full KVM feature set ensure high-performance, flexible switching of USB, video and audio signals. The product combines 4 non-blocking concurrent IP connections together with a local port (5 separate users) with control of up to 16 separate devices. The small form factor design enables two units to sit within 1U of rack space, supporting 32 computers and 10 sessions. Any type of server can be connected to when combining the ADDERView CATxIP 5000 with the ADDER® Computer Access Modules (CAM).
