ALIF: ALIF3000 Getting a Debug File

Upon request from a member of the Adder Support team, you may be asked to retrieve a debug log to help diagnose a problem that you may be experiencing.

Procedure

  • Open a web browser and type: https://<IPADDRESS>, where IP Address is the address of the ALIF3000, e.g. https://192.168.1.10
  • You may be asked for a username and password, if so, the username is admin and the password is password.
  • When the web interface opens, scroll down the page to the Remote Support section and click on the Collect Logs button.

  • This will generate a link below the Collect Logs button.

  • Click on the link to download the debug file.
