Upon request from a member of the Adder Support team, you may be asked to retrieve a dvixdebug log to help diagnose a video problem that you may be experiencing.
Using a web browser other than Internet Explorer which corrupts the formatting of the page, access the endpoint's (TX or RX) web interface using the following URL:-
http://<IPADDRESS>/cgi-bin/dvixdebug
where <IPADDRESS> is the IP address of the endpoint.
To help diagnose a problem, you will need to retrieve the dvixdebug log from both the transmitter and receiver when the problem is occurring and send to the Adder Support team (support@adder.com).
